Looking back on a successful 2022 and setting goals for an even better 2023

As we’re wrapping up another year, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and successes. When it comes to 2022, there’s definitely a lot to be proud of at our company.

Expansions

Firstly, we’ve made a major move (pun intended) by relocating to another office space. This not only gave us more room to grow but also allowed us to create an even better work environment for our team.

Speaking of our team, we were also able to bring on three new employees and two interns, which has helped us expand our capabilities and serve our customers even better. You’ve not virtually met all of them yet, but we will be introducing them to you shortly.

Product development

In terms of product development, we’ve completely rebuilt our scanning app, which was quite an undertaking. We’ve also expanded our on-site services. We’ve added more hardware to be able to meet the evergrowing demand. Besides that, we’ve also built a network of trustworthy and capable support staff to support our clients during their events.

Sneak peek into 2023

As we look ahead to 2023, we setting quite some goals!

• As a company, we’re committed to staying at the forefront of technology and improving our platform. This is why updating our tech stack is a high priority for the first part of the year.
  
• We’ll be pushing some major platform updates as well. We can’t spill all the beans just yet, but one of them will enable you to white-label your external communication from the platform.
  
• And even though the year has just started a few days ago, we’re already in the process of hiring new team members!
