Office & Operations Coordinator

We are In2event and help customers worldwide organize their events faster and more efficiently. To maintain our rapid growth, we are looking for a proactive and organized Office Operations Coordinator (24 hours).

We’re looking for someone to help keep our office running smoothly and create a welcoming environment for our team. This role is perfect for someone organized and proactive, ready to take on everything from health and safety compliance to social initiatives and office upkeep. If you enjoy a mix of hands-on tasks and team support, we’d love to have you join us!

What you’ll be doing

  • Management and team support: Provide administrative support to management and the team, including scheduling, travel booking, and expense management.
  • Social initiatives: Organize team events, birthday celebrations, and play a big role in fostering a fun and engaging workplace culture.
  • New hire onboarding: Prepare workstations, coordinate orientations, and welcome new hires to ensure a smooth start and a positive first impression.
  • Inventory and hardware management: Track office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics for shipping and returning the hardware our clients rent.
  • Oversee safety compliance: Ensure the office measures up to safety standards, manage emergency procedures, and maintain first aid supplies.
  • Team lunches: Manage office lunch arrangements, stock snacks, and keep the kitchen area well-maintained.
  • Office upkeep: Oversee general office maintenance, including watering plants, and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • You communicate well and connect easily with people
  • You’re able to juggle multiple tasks and know how to prioritize
  • You’re proactive and solution-oriented
  • You have strong English communication skills
  • You have a drivers licence
  • You are passionate about events
  • You have experience in office management, administration, or a similar role (experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus)

  • A salary between €2.350 – €2.650 (based on a 40h work week) based on skills and experience
