As a Product Designer at In2event your days will be diverse, collaborating closely with a team of talented engineers. At In2event, we value autonomy and initiative, offering a flexible work environment where you can thrive.
What you will work on
- Designing new features for our platform. You will work on large projects that will be used by a diverse group of people;
- Improving the user experience and solving issues with existing platform functionality;
- Support our marketing and sales teams with visuals or other design content;
- Occasionally, you will also work on our apps or kiosk screens.
What you need for the job
- Around 4+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer in a professional environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can present your work to team members and stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner;
- Proactive attitude in suggesting new ideas and improvements;
- Autonomous, self-motivated, and independent. You are able to work on tasks individually without the need for supervision or direction;
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams including front-end and back-end engineers, content marketeers, and account managers;
- Strong ability to think in solutions, not in problems. You provide insights and offer advice backed by your expertise and knowledge in UX and UI design principles;
- A keen eye for detail and an excellent understanding of how your designs fit within the business goals;
- Capability to handle several projects simultaneously and efficiently manage your time by prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency;
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the English language (both verbally and written);
- You live in The Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available);
Technical requirements
- Expert skills in Figma;
- Strong capability to create responsive and adaptive designs for complex interfaces;
- You have preferably worked on a (SaaS) platform or CMS before;
- Experience working with Design Systems and capability to improve and extend them.
Bonus points for
- WordPress / Elementor;
- Experience working with Jira;
- Experience working in sprints;
- Knowledge of native iOS and Android design standards;
- Affinity or experience with the event industry;
- Marketing design and branding experience or skills.
