During the festival, self-service kiosks facilitated seamless check-ins, meal selections, and time tracking.

We also streamlined supplier management by consolidating contracts and communications in one place, boosting overall efficiency and collaboration.

Safety and Data-Driven Insights

Safety is paramount for events, and data plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure environment. At DGTL Festival, In2event’s platform integrated with personalized wristbands equipped with QR codes to monitor crowd movements in real-time. This enabled the festival to meet municipal requirements while improving access control for visitors, staff, artists, and VIPs.
