Crowd check-in
Scan the e-tickets on paper or from a mobile and get immediate insight into the full accreditation of this person. The visitors are checked in immediately, so you can see exactly how many people have already entered.
Personal entrance
Prevent that persons will enter the event with a false name. Mission control will track exactly who’s arrived at an individual level. This makes your event less susceptible to fraud. If needed, you can look up individual names and see exactly when they’ve checked in or out.

Connecting the scanners and printers to Mission Control is a completely integrated process.
After that, scan e-tickets and the wristbands or badges get printed automatically. Your crowd is good to go within a minute.
Keep track of production items
Production control will help you stay on top of everything. Keep track of items and check which items have been picked up. On the other hand, you can hold suppliers responsible for things they’ve requested but didn’t pick up.
Artist handling
Combine Mission control with our Program features and your artist handling will go so much more smoothly and efficiently.
You get to see in an instant which artists have already arrived and which ones are at risk of being late.
When checking in an artist, you’ll directly get an overview of the crew members and entourage they’re bringing and which accreditations they all have.
Contacts on-site
If you’re working with several suppliers at your event, you probably also use the Supplier management features. When combining that with Mission control, you will get nifty overviews that will easily show you the contact details of the supplier’s representatives on-site.
Perfect in emergency situations or when, for instance, a car or truck needs to be put out of the way.
