From festivals and concerts to sports events: In2event helps event organizers organize and manage their events more efficiently. During production, our software and hardware are a key part of the operation. That’s why we’re building a flexible pool of on-site support staff who can support our clients on location.
Do you have technical insight, stay calm when something goes wrong, and enjoy working right in the middle of the event action? Then we’re looking for you.
What you will do
No two events are the same. You may be deployed for:
- Building and setting up accreditation desks for crew, guests, artists or suppliers;
- Installing and checking scanners, printers and other hardware;
- Staffing accreditation desks;
- Checking in guests, crew, suppliers and artists;
- Resolving technical issues and malfunctions in In2event;
- Supporting the organization with questions about accreditations or about In2event;
- Being on stand-by during an event;
- Dismantling and checking our equipment.
Sometimes you make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Sometimes you’re the one who gets called when a scanner stops working or a registration process doesn’t go as expected. You observe, think along and solve.
Who we are looking for
Above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude. You:
- Are technically handy and curious about how things work;
- Stay calm under pressure;
- Are independent, reliable and see what needs to be done;
- Are communicative and customer-friendly;
- Enjoy working with a variety of people;
- Are flexibly available, often on weekends and evenings;
- Get energy from the dynamics of events;
- Have an affinity with technology and/or events;
- Speak good English in addition to Dutch;
- Have a driver’s license and a car.
Experience with events, accreditation, registration or technical support is a plus, but not a requirement. We’ll teach you how to work with In2event and our hardware. Already experienced with In2event? Then that’s a big plus, of course.
Flexible work
You’ll join our on-site support pool. You don’t work on a fixed schedule, but are asked for specific assignments and events. For example:
- A day on location for build-up and setup;
- A festival day as on-site support;
- Multiple days during a large event;
- An evening or weekend as stand-by support;
- An independent support job on location.
Together we’ll look at your availability and experience and determine which assignments suit you.
