Customer Success Manager Internship

About In2event

In2event provides event organizers with a powerful platform and onsite solutions to manage their events smoothly, from registration to check-in. As our customer base grows, we’re looking for a motivated intern to support our Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer support, onboarding, training, and operations.

What will you do?

You’ll be an essential part of the Customer Success team, helping deliver a great experience to our clients.

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
 

Customer Onboarding

  • Prepare onboarding documentation and internal checklists
  • Support process improvements across the onboarding journey
 

Training & Customer Education

  • Prepare and assist with customer demos and training sessions
  • Create short how-to guides, checklists, or training materials
  • Support both online and on-site training moments
 

Operations

  • Pack, check, and ship event hardware (badge/wristband printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Design wristbands
  • Learn how the hardware works and help customers use it
  • Support inventory management and logistics planning
  • Coordinating orders and purchases
  • Maintain a vibrant and welcoming office environment

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a program such as Event Management, Communication or similar
  • Enjoys helping customers and communicates clearly
  • Speaks dutch and English
  • Has a drivers license
  • Works accurately and is comfortable with administrative tasks
  • Has an interest in music- and business events
  • Is proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
  • Preferably already knows how to work with In2event
