Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) isn’t just the world’s leading electronic music festival—it’s where innovation and event technology come together. This year, In2event proudly partnered with Eventix, Sjef, Appic, and Fanalists to create the ADE Eventix Hub, located at Keizersgracht 376. The Hub was a bustling center of activity throughout the week, where we hosted daily panel discussions, held countless meetings, and welcomed a steady stream of visitors eager to explore how technology is transforming the live event experience.
A packed Hub and engaged visitors
Every day, the Hub was packed with event professionals, organizers, and industry leaders. During our panel discussions, we dove into topics like crowd control, ticketing, and fan engagement. It was fantastic to see such high levels of interest and participation, with the venue constantly buzzing with energy and ideas.
In addition to the panels, we held many fruitful meetings throughout the week, which allowed us to connect with both familiar faces and new contacts. Having a dedicated space to meet and service so many people in one place was incredibly valuable, and we loved being able to invite so many interested parties to the Hub.
Supporting over 60 events at ADE
While the Hub was our base of operations, we were also active across the city, visiting events organized through In2event. They included Apenkooi Events, Insomniac Events, and Kultlab. Over 60 events during ADE were successfully supported by the In2event platform, helping organizers streamline operations and create unforgettable experiences for attendees.
We also provided on-site service at the Amsterdam Music Festival. Being there in person allowed us to see how our platform was being used in real time, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
A look to the future
As ADE 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the incredible partnerships and innovations that made this week so special. The Hub was just one example of how technology and collaboration can come together to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the event industry. We’re excited to continue building on this momentum, helping organizers manage their events more effectively, and shaping the future of live experiences.
