This summer was packed with incredible events across Europe, and we’re thrilled that In2event played a key role in bringing so many of them to life. From massive international music festivals to unique local gatherings, our platform helped organizers manage the complex logistics behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations and unforgettable experiences for attendees.
An amazing summer
Throughout June, July, and August, In2event powered festivals both big and small, spanning multiple countries and event types. From seaside concerts to city festivals, we were proud to support a wide variety of events, making sure everything ran seamlessly.
Once again this year, the festival scene was in full swing, and In2event played a pivotal role in some of the biggest events of the season. One of them was Pukkelpop, where our team was on-site for an entire week. With over 15,000 attendees managed through the platform, 18,000 printed wristbands, and more than 221,000 check-in scans performed across 14 locations, the numbers were staggering. We’re particularly proud of our self-service kiosk screens, which allowed festival staff to check in and out for shifts effortlessly—streamlining operations and providing real-time updates for organizers.
In the Netherlands, we powered fantastic events like Solar Weekend, Concert At Sea, Loveland, Wilde Weide, Jera On Air, Rebellion, Lago Lago, Dekmantel, Duikboot, Het nest, TEGENDRAADS, Dance Valley, Zin in de Zomer, R2, LatinVillage, Stadsoase: Het Festival, Audio Obscura, STRAFWERK, Onder de Radar, Tributeland Outdoor, the MBO & HBO Bruisweken and many more!
Looking forward to the rest of the year
As we look back on these peak festival months, we’re excited about the role In2event played in making so many events a success. Whether it was helping streamline check-ins, managing large crowds, or providing real-time updates for event staff, our platform was essential in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We’re proud to have contributed to the success of these festivals, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store!
